Since Klopp’s arrival in Liverpool in 2015, no less than 23 recruits have taken their place on the field in the famous red jersey. The former teamed up with Klopp in 2016 following a record-breaking transfer of £ 34 million (Rand 694 million) from the Saints, while the latter joined AS Roma a year later.
Salah was the most prolific of the African pair on goal, with the Egyptian star scoring 91 goals in 144 appearances for the Reds and winning two Golden League Premier League awards. Mane is not far behind with a series of 77 strikes in 161 appearances and shared the 2018/19 Golden Shoe with his partner.
Featured goalkeeper Alisson Becker, who won the Premier League Golden Glove and the title of the goalkeeper of the season in the Champions League last season, is the only other player to have won more than 30 votes, which places him in front of Andrew Robertson, Georginio Wijnaldum and Fabinho.
